General Questions

  • How do I get a quote?

    You can always get a quote using the Order Now page.

    Once you fill in the number of pages, the total cost will be shown automatically above the "Order Now" button. You can also choose the necessary options and the total will be adjusted automatically.

  • Do you offer bulk discounts?

    We have a discount policy for bulk orders. The extent of discount depends on the scope and challenge in work.

    Discounts also depend on the potential of long term partnership. Please feel free to contact us.

  • What is your turnaround time?

    We have two turnaround packages: 3 days turnaround and 1 day turnaround, you can calculate the turnaround time on our order page by select the turnaround package and the number of pages.

  • What are your working hours?

    AEST: 10:00am-7:00pm
    GMT: 1:00am-10:00am
    EST: 8:00pm-5:00am

    Please be aware that being we don't work weekends, those days are taking into consideration for our scheduled deadlines. If you require time-line adjustments, we can investigate the possibility and possible weekend work.

  • What happens after I placed order?

    Once your order has been placed, you will receive a welcome email along with login details of access to the client area, which features updates about the project status, so you will be aware of your project at any time.

  • What if I need some changes in markup provided by you?

    Our aim is to provide you with 100% service satisfaction. If you ever wish to make changes to your design, even though our programmers have already started the implementation or your order is complete, just contact us. We feel that for every problem, there is a happy solution that satisfies everyone. You can always talk to us about discounts too.

  • How can I get in touch with you?

    We will provide you access to our Client Area, which features updates about the project status, so you will be aware of your project at any time.

  • Do you work under DNA? Will you sign one?

    We guarantee that the information about your company and project will remain confidential, and it will not become public, or to any trusted or otherwise third parties. Please check our NDA policy here: www.xhtml4u.com/privacy-policies.html

    If it is absolutely necessary for you to have your personalized NDA documents signed, you are welcome to send them. We will sign it.

  • Do you work on holidays?

    We work on holidays on special requests by clients, with some additional charges.

Coding Related Questions

  • What are the formats that you deal with?

    Photoshop PSD is preferred, you can also supply your files in any of the following formats PNG, PDF or AI. Give us a call if you have questions about the format. We handle most of them, so it shouldn't be a problem.

  • What if I have extra sub pages in the future?

    If you have extra sub-pages in the future for a previous project, we will charge you our normal sub-page rate always. We will never charge you extra, no matter how much time has passed. All you need to do is place a new order and make reference to the previous project number so we can know they are sub-pages of that specific website.

  • Are Drop-Downs menus included?

    We charge a small fee for the Drop-Down menus, and of course you will need to include the design on your project files.

  • Can you help with the WordPress theme installation?

    We can install the theme on your server. Please provide us with the following details:

    • FTP access (host, login, password).
    • http link to the server folder.
    • phpMyAdmin access.
  • Can you create a WordPress theme for the existing markup?

    You are welcome to provide us with the existing HTML / CSS for investigation. After examining the markup we will let you know whether it can be used for implementation or if creating the markup from scratch is recommended instead.

  • Do you support the WordPress theme on an ongoing basis after its creation?

    Yes, we support the theme after it is delivered for the next 30 days for free to assist you with any problems or questions you may have. When the stated period is over we keep on supporting our products on a paid basis upon your request.

  • What is the required width of an email template?

    The optimal width is from 600px to 700px.

  • What are the main restrictions for the email templates design?

    Due to the limited possibilities of using CSS in email clients, here are the following design requirements:

    • Please note that the text laid over the pattern background will be made as an image. The editable HTML text can be laid over the solid colour backgrounds only.
    • Try to avoid placing elements one over the other, e.g. the button is placed over the background image. Otherwise, such elements will be made as one image.
  • Which fonts are better to use in a email template?

    Web fonts without effects are preferable. Any other fonts will be included into images.

Payment and Discount

  • What kind of currency and payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept US funds via PayPal, which includes payment by credit card as well.

  • Do I have to pay upfront?

    We do accept only upfront payments. However, in case of multiple page orders, you can pay upfront for the markup of only the first page. We will create the XHTML/CSS for the first page and send it to you. You review the markup and if you're satisfied with the code, you submit the payment for the rest of the pages. It's that simple.

    If you're unsure about the total price of the project you do not have to complete the payment step. In this case we will look through your designs and requirements and will send you the payment link via email.

  • Do you have any discounts for returning customer?

    We have loyalty discount for returning customer, it's automatically calculated from your second order onwards based on your email address, you will get:

    • 10% discount from 2nd order to 10th order.
    • 15% discount from 11th order (and all future orders).

    The discount is automatically calculated at the checkout page (after you enter your email address on the Order Now page)

  • Do you have a money-back guarantee or refund policy?
